Tye is an experienced performance improvement leader with over 20 years of experience and a long track record of success. Tye is a master black belt and industrial engineer who combines his extensive background with practical methods to help companies both large and small increase efficiency across a broad spectrum of issues.
Whether it be front line operations, HR, payroll, IT solutions or logistical struggles, Tye and his team of consultants have proven themselves time and time again to help corporations save money and increase revenue. Tye's background spans companies like Amazon, TSA, Lockheed, and the United States Postal Service, just to name a few. He has a knack for quickly uncovering problems, creating a road map for a solution, and coaching teams to keep processes moving in the right direction.
In Tye's spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, and he is an avid sports fan who still regularly enjoys playing basketball with his buddies from North Carolina A & T.
